Oh wow...I am not wanting to talk..but I think I have soooo much to say....


BLAH!

Ok its 3 AM and I cant sleep.

SO here is my goals to obtain better care for myself.

1. Throw out all junk food when Jeff is away
2. Stay off the comp more throughout the day.
3. Buy meats and other foods like fruits and veggies tomorrow.
4. begin to do push-ups
5. Go to sleep at a reasonable hour.
6. Drink more water, bc I Dr. said to!
7. quit taking so many showers!
8. Try to eliminate my insomnia but not taking soo many showers
9. Prepare every week for my 5 mile runs.
10. rest when tired, don't force myself to stay awake!

OK.. yes I am going to take a shower...

Oh

11. STOP EATING LATE AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bored at this moment....getting shit done in the house even tho there are complaints. Ran a 5K Saturday..running another 5 miles on Wednesday, the usual. Just tired. Burnt too. Bought a skirt and shirt for my unexpected job interview at 11:10 AM tomorrow, odd time, wondering if I am just in line with others. Hate that. Feel Full from the Pizza. Trying to eat better. did until the Pizza arrived. Why am I cap locking PIZZA who knows...its my fav.

Bored again. Going to Alaska in Sept. I wonder who reads these? I had Blog spot for the longest time and not ONE person read or commented on it? Crazy. well not much else. I am keeping track of the finances, paid all the bills. Feel good about all that. Just want to chill, but so damn bored.
